Swedish gaming provider Expekt is coming to the Netherlands

The bookmaker Expekt will most likely enter the Dutch gaming market. The Swedish gaming provider has recently indicated that it has submitted a license application to the Dutch Gaming Authority (Ksa). It is expected that Expekt will be granted a license this summer, provided all the documents are in order. The news comes as no surprise, as there are currently 30 license applications pending with the Kansspelautoriteit. Other parties awaiting licensing include Bwin, TonyBet, PartyPoker, PartyCasino, LeoVegas, Unibet, and Betsson.

Bookmaker & Casino

The gaming provider Expekt puts its focus on offering betting on sports events. The professional platform offers players the opportunity to bet pre-match and live on thousands of sports matches every week. In addition, players also get the chance to play hundreds of casino games, live casino games, and poker games. Expekt's gaming offering has many similarities to BetCity.com, Teen Patti online, Holland Casino Online, and Jack's Casino Online & Sports.

Expekt has been around since 1999 and has welcomed more than two million players. In the past, the gaming provider was also active in the Dutch market. However, due to legalization, it was decided to block all Dutch accounts. The drastic decision in 2021 now gives the gambling company the opportunity to apply for a license. Expekt is part of the large gambling company LeoVegas.

New gaming providers in 2022

In 2022, the number of online gaming providers in the Dutch market will grow significantly. The Dutch Gaming Authority has its hands full, as there are currently 30 applications pending for a gaming license for safety on the Internet. Most providers of games of chance that are not yet available in the Netherlands will have to take their place on the penalty bench. As soon as a provider receives a license, this will be reflected on OnlineCasinoGround.nl.
