Background
This state of the art luxury apartment in Lekki phase 1 was suffering from leakages on the tiled balconies and terraces. Advanced Concrete Technologies Ltd was invited in to inspect and recommend solution. Our Maritran transparent polyurethane coatings was recommended and the whole tiled surface has since remained waterproofed.
Solution
The Surfaces was primed with Aqua primer and Marithan was used to waterproof the terrace balcony, roof gutters and Skylight of the house. The total area was 543 M2.
