This mini Estate was built by one of the most dynamic and fast rising design build firm in Nigeria. This architecture masterpiece exudes luxury at the highest level therefore there was the need to use the most advanced and highest quality material accross the construction spectrum. Advanced Concrete Technology was brought from the inception of the project. We were therefore able to support the project with technical advise on construction chemicals and waterproofing systems.
Solution;
The whole area waterproofed with Marithan and Mariseal 250. Area covered was over 1000M2. The whole roof, terrace and Balcony has since remained waterproofed.
