Advanced Concrete Technology has been on the retainership of Dover Hotels Group. We have been invited on several occasions to address the water leakage problems of existing Dover Hotels, also we were awarded the contract to waterproof newly built Dover Hotels.
Solution;
The Dover Hotel In Ikeja was newly built when Advanced Concrete Technology was invited to install our Advanced PU Marithan Membrane > Marithan PUD is an Advancement of the existing Felt membrane in the market. It is equally twice durable.
ACT-Nigeria was also invited to resolve the leakage issue been experienced at the already existing Dover Hotel in Lekki
