This was a new luxury residential apartment in Ibeju Lekki. Advanced Concrete Technologies was invited in to waterproof the roof gutters and Swimming pool before Tiling .
Solution:
The Surfaces was primed with Aqua primer and Marithan was used to waterproof the roof gutters. While the swimming pool was treated with Aquafin 2KM before tiling.
