Background;
NNPC Enugu Mega station is the biggest NNPC fuel station in Enugu. Located at the heart of the coal city. The structure was suffering from massive leakage and water attack due to failure of the waterproofing system on the roof . Originally bituminous felt was installed on the roof. However, the felt has failed.
Solution;
The existing felt was removed and surface repaired then Marithan PUD was installed on the entire roof surface. The roof has since been water tight for over two years
