Background;
This was another luxury design and build twin duplex with a lot of terraces,, roof gutters, balconies and with a skylight. Advanced Concrete Technology was invited in to waterproofed the surfaces with our Advanced PU membrane which are fourth generation felt membranes made with Polyurethane instead of bitumen. PU last almost 3 times the life time of traditional bituminous membranes
Solution;
The Surfaces was primed with Aqua primer and Marithan was used to waterproof the terrace balcony, roof gutters and Skylight of the house. The total area was 632.5 M2.
