Background;
MTN Office situated in the GRA area of port-harcourt was undergoing a major structural repair.Part of the problem was as a result of leakages in the roof gutters and parapets and water tank area. Advanced concrete Technologies was called in to review the challenges and proffer solution.
Solution;
The existing felt was removed and surface was re-screeded, then Marithan PUD was installed on the entire roof surface. The roof has since been water tight.
