Background;
Stanbic IBTC Wealth house is the Headquarters of Stanbic IBTC Pension. The structure was suffering from massive leakage and water attack due to failure of the waterproofing system on the roof.This has severely affected the board room area. Originally bituminous felt was installed on the roof. However, the felt has failed.
Solution;
The existing felt was removed and surface repaired then Marithan PUD was installed on the entire roof surface. The roof has since been water tight.
