Background

Advanced Concrete Technologies was invited by the the prestigious firm of ATO Architects to diagnose and recommend solution to the dampness and paint peel off problem at the AT and D Court. The problem was mainly the problem of the failure of damproof membrane at the foundation stage , which could have been easily prevented with Aquafin admix during the casting.   

Solution

Aquafin IC integra-  coat and Aquafin 2KM was used to resolve the problem after the concrete repairs. The place has since remained damp-free   Aquafin Admix is a revolutionary 3rd generation crystalline primary waterproofing admixture. When integrated in concrete there is no need for any form of  additional waterproofing, as the concrete remain waterproofed and water tight.
