Background;
This state of the art luxury residential property located at Banana Island, was recently constructed.The project manager and architect has involved Advanced Concrete Technology from the foundation stage of the project. Our Aquafin Admix was used for the foundation, sewage system and swimming pool. The house Also has a large terrace area, skylight and Balcony that needed to be waterproofed.
Solution;
Aquafin Admix admixture was supplied for the foundation concrete while Marithan was used to waterproof the terrace balcony and Skylight of the house. The total area was 367M2.
