Universal Superplasticizer

Properties and Benefits:

BETOCRETE-F2 (BV/FM) is a superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulphonate which acts as a plasticizer at low dosage rates and as a superplasticizer in case of higher dosage rates. Significant slump increases and thus a better workability can be achieved without changes of the water-cement ratio. Or, on the other hand, the water-cement ratio can be substantially reduced while maintaining the same slump. This usually results in a higher compressive strength. Concrete, modified with BETOCRETE-F2 (BV/ FM), does not lead to sticky surfaces which significantly improves the finishability of the concrete.

Fields of Application:

All concrete products and concretes in precast or ready- mixed concrete industry. The product is suitable for steel re-inforced and prestressed concrete.

Instructions for Use:

BETOCRETE-F2 (BV/FM) should mainly be added to the ready mix as the last component. Sufficient final batching times shall be allowed. When dosed in truck mixers on the job site, a good dispersion must be cleared. Guidance value for batching time: 1 minute per m3 of concrete (at least 5 minutes).
